Group Sessions

Groups typically run an hour or less, and you needn’t do anything special during this time (although you might enjoy sitting quietly). We convene at a distance, technology-free, open with a few minutes of lightwork, and I follow up via email. Work in groups is fundamentally the same as in individual sessions, the primary difference being that in groups, healing often appears to be shared amongst the participants and the range of possibilities amplified.

Pricing is standard: $40, with discounts available for subscriptions or packages and no one turned away for financial reasons.

Group History

I’ve been offering formal group sessions since 2016. The first were in-person in WA & MN, and about a year later, evolved into monthly-ish non-local gatherings. In 2018, I followed the lead of a group of kids and added formal under-18 groups.

For anyone who might be wondering, at the 9-year mark in July 2025, adult groups have ranged in size from 3 to 24 attendees, with an average of 9 and kids’ groups generally running about half the size. Thank you to everyone who’s participated in all 144 groups; I look forward to the next 144!
